November has arrived! Here in eastern Kentucky, November brings a mix of warm days that remind us of fall and cold, blustery days that remind us winter will soon arrive. Those needlework projects we’ve been putting off because it was just too beautiful outside – time to get started on them again! There’s something wonderful about stitching or quilting on a cool day when the house is warm and cozy. Enjoy your projects and have a marvelous Thanksgiving!

October has arrived! I love this time of year. The earthy colors of autumn always make me feel warm and comforted. Its a great time to spend cool evenings working on your latest project. Happy crafting!

September!….The month when summer and fall meet for warm beautiful days and cool refreshing nights. September is the perfect time to begin planning fall crafting projects. I’ve started a new quilted wallhanging and a counted cross-stitch piece. I’m also beginning to look for ideas for Christmas gifts to make. Happy crafting to all!
