David Davis received his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Art and Art Education at Morehead State University and Berea College in Kentucky. His service in the Air Force as a young man allowed him to see art in many forms throughout the world. Mr. Davis’ paintings include portraiture, landscape, still life, illustration and rustic folk genre. His mediums are acrylics, oils, oil pastels, pen and ink and pencil. He also crafts sculptures using paperstone, a durable papier-mache type product he developed himself. Mr. Davis has been married to his childhood sweetheart, Wilma, for fifty-four years.
